We are recruiting for one of our partners a Bilingual Human Resources Manager.
Description
Objectives of this Role
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
- Create and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover for key roles
- Create and implement strategies surrounding succession planning across multiple roles
- Implement and lead Employee Recognition program
- Partner with the leadership team to identify and develop high potential individuals
- Design and implement a career development program that includes performance management, training and development, and succession planning
- Provide cross functional HR support at the plant level
- Work with third party vendors to staff temp to perm roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source applicants through online channels, such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other professional networks
- Identify and screen the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
Core Competencies
- English, advanced level (written and spoken)
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
