As part of our expansion, we are looking for a IT Production Officer Junior

Under the guidance of the IT Production team Lead, your mission is to maintain a high level of availability of all services delivered by Microcred. As part of this mandate, amongst other things, you will be tasked with:

Supervise and check the status of IT resources in relation to production services, carry scheduling backups and data archives, take in charge monitor and test integrity plan of backup sets,

Monitor and analyze the progress of the operations and functioning of all production services

Monitor the performance of all production services and trigger actions according to the procedures

Monitor the measures (KPI) and alerts defined for the production services and trigger actions according to the procedures

Participate to releases into production in compliance with the procedures.

Follow closely the patch management processes into production services

Follow closely the procedures and processes in the execution of daily tasks

Identify, diagnose the nature and origin of production incidents to facilitate the implementation of corrective measures.

Participating in the drafting of production incident reports.

Profile

Technical skills:

Windows Server administration + Linux administration

Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)

Understanding of what the Change Management and Release Management processes means with respect to production

Ability to understand the testing plan (QA)

Understand what is a monitoring tool, dashboards, metrics

Good understanding of escalation management

Amazon AWS cloud services experience would be an added benefit

Vocational skills:

Must be fluent in French and English

Being able to work according to night or day schedules (depend on shift)

Must be methodic and organized.
