These fellowship is outright non-renewable grant valued up to $48,000 to Master Programs (they are a $18,000 as a stipend and a $30,000 as tuition & health insurance), and $60,000 to PhD Programs (they are a $20,000 as a stipend and a $40,000 as tuition & health insurance). Eligibility

To be eligible for the fellowship, applicant must:

• Have Belgian nationality

• Attach their official transcripts as the prove of outstanding academic record
• Submit GRE test results
• A good command of English is a must
• Submit TOEFL iBT score of minimum 100/120 or IELTS score of 7.5/9by 15th November 2015
