Job Description:

Support the Customer and operate as the level 2 or 3 for Genesys modules in SLAs
Contributes to the development of a technical proposal
Prepare and Deliver releases of Genesys solutions on time
Support the Customer during VAFC and VRS phases
Support the Customer on move to production of critical projects
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Ensure Compliancy with specifications, project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest features
Digging and analyzing root cause analysis for reccurent issues
Suggest and conduct Software audit plan
Provide KPI to manage software quality improvement

Job Requirements:

Experience in Genesys modules: Configuration Manager, SIP Server, URS, Stat Server, CCPulse, Infomart, IVR,…
In-depth knowledge of Network, Database, SIP Protocol, CTI, Shell, SQL
Good Customer relationship.
Good English level
Minimum 3 years experience
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Relational ease, team spirit and love innovation
MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar degree
