Mission:

The Delivery Practice Head is responsible for managing Budget and P&L of the global practice while ensuring Quality and Cost of services , Operation Performance, Industrialization, People excellence and Implementation of global initiatives (Lean, Automation, Best Practices ).

Responsabilities:

Strategy (3YP), Budget, P&L (ER, Project Margin, & Gross Margin), Headcount, Delivery SLA/KPIs, CSAT
Over-all Operations Performance, Quality and Compliance to defined Processes and standard Tooling, managing the Cost of services , Industrialization, People excellence and Implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives (Lean, Automation, Best Practices etc.) for B&PS Practices customers
Responsible for geographical distribution of right skills, costs and Headcount
Responsible for timely and accurate Demand forecast to Resource Management
Processes, tooling, industrialization and best practice deployment, Productivity gain, and other agreed KPI Parameters
Accountable to ensure accurate demand to Resource Management
Leveraging B&PS GD Presales/Deal solution teams for Bid/Solution Management, functional expertise support for the growth of B&PS Business
