The Service Delivery leader ensures an effective execution of the implementation of the projects as per the statement of work and per the agreed SLA. The SDM role is accountable to comply with the policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitor delivery teams across the affiliates and in back-offices and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes, tied to the industry best practices.

Key Tasks:
– Experience working in a dynamic IT and Network transformation programme
– Ensure that all business and technical delivery teams involved in the RFQ process (and execution of already won deals) have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and a clear understanding of their deliverables during problem resolution
– Organize and chair stakeholder groups to monitor and communicate technical issues and resolution milestone plans, review and manage risks and review and approve change requests
– Provide and present regular executive level status reports to CEX that include problem resolution progress against key milestones – be a value proposition leader

Mandatory requirements:
– Very knowledgeable in the telecom industry, wireless network
General oversight over employees involved in the delivery process, even though they are not in direct reporting line
– Delivered major programmes utilizing system integrators
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with technical, business and senior management stakeholders.
– Results oriented with a proven ability to drive team engagements in an aggressive and time sensitive environment in a geographically dispersed model
