Key responsibilities
• Provide end-user support services, including but not limited to office applications,desktops,laptops,printers and mobile phones.
• Provide support, conduct maintenance, resolve incident and implement change for local Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including but not limited to CCTV/OCR equipment, biometric readers, radio equipment and Vehicle Mounted Terminal (VMT).
• Support the regional IT /OT Service Delivery Teams when they require hands-on onsite IT/OT support for incident and change management.
• Install and replace end user and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure hardware devices.
• Resolve incidents within agreed service levels
• Participate in regional Change Advisory Board(CAB).
