Key responsibilities

As a trainee and under direct supervision of Commercial team lead and Branch Manager, you’ll be expected to:

*Execute commercial strategy applying not only short-term view, but also longer-term plans towards reaching sales target.

*Perform Minimum 7 sales visits per week

*Submit business proposal and quotation to both local & global counterparts according to standard process. Ensure to maintain client’s contract filling as most accuracy.

*Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in Sales KPIs

*Ensure that the CRM are being always updated

*Increase Customer Experience and build loyalty overtime by providing excellent standards of service with care attitude

*Track and Trace performance of the owned Customers maximizing their growth by periodical agreed business reviews.

*Provide value proposition to secure mutual benefits.

*Proactively assist Finance and Customer Service in clearing outstanding invoices and longstanding.

Ideal candidate should be an outgoing person with strong result orientation to conclude businesses.
