Description du profil du candidat :
At least a master’s degree in a water supply and sanitation related field, or irrigation-related engineering; irrigation management; water resources engineering.
Extensive experience with WASH, WSS and /or irrigation and drainage infrastructure and technologies and demonstrated experience in water resources management and the ability to apply knowledge to policy related decisions and advice.
Recognized technical, operational, and/or policy-oriented expertise, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. This experience may include work in governments, private companies, consulting firms, academia, and/or multilateral institutions.
Informations supplémentaires :
Candidates based locally or in the diaspora with interest in returning to Africa.
Nationals of the countries or experience and knowledge of Western and Central Africa.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
