Sales intern
An American company with a branch in Dakar, Senegal is looking for a Sales Intern with possibility of full time employment. We are searching for a dedicated individual to process online orders, update inventory and develop social media marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
• Process online sales and repeat customers through phone/email communication
• Provide exceptional online customer service support
• Manage verification of orders for fraud and ensure timely fulfillment
• Answer product related and general inquiries
• Keep current with product information
• Assist the store team if needed
• Must be fluent in English – Oral and written
