AMD Corporate is recruiting on behalf of a client that operates in the field of energy a RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCOUNTS AND MAJOR INDUSTRIES (M / F)
A – BASIC FUNCTIONS
Create an environment focused on flawless execution of activities with emphasis on safety and controls within Industry & Wholesale (I&W). Establish and achieves the objectives outlined in the long term Sales & Marketing Strategy and yearly Sales Plan: Sales revenue, volume and gross margin as components of the P&L, with a focus on discipline in implementing approved Marketing Programs. Ensure that Credit, TAR, OPEX and CAPEX are in line with plans. Maximize the effectiveness of the I&W assets deployed in the affiliate. Develop, trains, recognizes and retains the employees who contribute to the success of I&W in the company. Execute proper SHEMS requirements for zone personnel. Create an environment focused on flawless execution of activities with emphasis on safety and control.
B – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Agreements negotiations with customers within limits of authority. Maintenance of budget standard and safety issues. Development of all finished lubes products while achieving targeted Quality levels. Contributes to the successful implementation of the Company master brand through a robust Lubes Brand Image Build-up program and effective cross-functional cooperation. Direct support to the affiliate for credit monitoring, audit preparation and major business issues Have functional responsibility of all activities related to I&W. Implement the approved sales processes B2B, within the company, including Pipeline Management and demand forecasting. Provide the discipline, sales support and approved enabling tools required of a World Class Sales Organization. Implement Marketing Programs as directed in the one year Marketing Plan and one year Sales Plan for the affiliate, with proper emphasis on compliance with established pricing architecture Support the implementation of the Global Business and Strategic Accounts models as requested by the Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts within the zone. Foster the communication and cross-functional cooperation required to operate in a matrix organization, including Marketing programs, Pricing, Global Business, Strategic Accounts, Customer Service, demand forecasting, Technical Services, Controllers, Fuels & Lubes Marketing and others.
C – COMPETENCIES/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership, Coaching, Team work, Effective Communication, customer focus, influencing, results orientation, negotiation skills, marketing skills. Demonstrated skills in Fuels & Lubes Marketing, Lubes Operations (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply & Distribution). Good understanding of business and economic drivers. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Engineering degree, Postgraduate study in Marketing, Sales or Finance.
