Position Summary The Associate Research Scientist within the Capacity and Deployment Department at AKADEMIYA2063 holds a vital role in advancing the organization’s vision of successful Agenda 2063 implementation. This position is responsible for conductingcomprehensive research, data analysis, and collaborative engagement to contribute to capacity-building and deployment strategies. The position will play a key role in shaping the future of our organizational initiatives through their expertise and active involvement in research, analysis, and knowledge-sharing.Duties and Responsibilities

Selection Criteria

Master’s degree in economics, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or a closely related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience (post -Masters)Excellent economic modeling or econometric skills on cross-section and panel data analysisDemonstrated ability to perform in-depth statistical analysis and report theSkilled in programming in STATA or GAMS and in managing householdUnderstanding of social accounting matrices (SAMs) for developingPrevious exposure to simulation modeling, including economywide computable general equilibrium (CGE).Experienced in conducting literature reviews of academic publications, research reports,Experience in research proposal development and project
