Description de l’offre Airswift is seeking to invite experienced Operations Acceptance Authority to consider a role with one of our clients on a 12-month contract, 28/28 rotation offshore to implement and deliver offshore FPSO operations offshore. Core Accountabilities : Reports directly to the Offshore Installation Manager Operations input into the pre-Operations phase of the Project and delivery of Company Pre-Operations scope. Oversight of FPSO contractors Pre-Operations deliverables including operational readiness, design, delivery & commissioning Lead / Participate in Emergency Response Teams of an integrated Contractor response team Monitor compliance with safety case accountabilities for the project including client and contractor obligations Mitigate risk to personnel or the environment through proactive team management and processes Development and delivery of standards, objectives, and plans in relation to FPSO Promotes Safety Culture Demonstrates effective planning ability, time management skills, and prioritization setting Ensure production targets are met whilst complying with set operating parameters Overview of day-to-day operations Overview of Permit to Work application Application of O&M contract Liaison with O&M contractor representative Participates in incident investigations Manages and controls sub-Sea campaigns and Well Interventions offshore Understand and monitor operating envelopes, mitigate hydrate boundaries, and maximise well uptime Relief OIM carrying full accountability for OIM role when rostered (not just as a delegate) This position is to be Perth area based during both project and operations phase of the project. A shared position between on and offshore with a portion of rostered time allocated to an office-based position Position requires overseas rotation during FPSO design, delivery, and commissioning Qualifications : Petroleum engineer, Marine Engineer or Process /Mechanical engineer qualification or equivalent experience Hold a valid MEM (Major Emergency Management) certificate for OIM (PMAWHS511-Manage Emergency Incidents) Qualified to obtain a MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) T-BOSIET / CA-EBS qualified A minimum of 8 years working experience in senior supervisory positions in the Oil & Gas industry Knowledge & Experience in FPSO operations, including Subsea Production, Maintenance, Marine, and Operation Management systems Operations, Contractor Management experience Expertise in Deep-water subsea well operation Expertise in Gas Topside production systems, CO2 management, and long-distance subsea pipeline operations Awareness of LNG plant operations and operating envelopes If you are interested in this position, please send your CV and cover letter.
