The Program Officer Role
The Management Consulting Team currently manages various development projects for prestigious clients in different sectors such as health, agriculture, gender, sanitation, and financial inclusion, among others. The Program Officer will report to the Program Coordinator and the Head of Department and assume senior level responsibilities in project management and coordination, business development, preparation of proposals and knowledge management and dissemination.
Your profile
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in economics, sustainable development, public policy, business studies, public administration, social sciences, education, or international relations.
- Good understanding of development issues especially in the health sector.
- Experience in project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent proposal and report writing; analytical; quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Good understanding of business development.
- Experience in knowledge management.
- Fluent in English and French (oral and writing)
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
