Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our support services.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services to clients.Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, employing effective negotiation strategies and leveraging industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within the oil and gas industry, Mining or Industrial with a solid understanding of support services.Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative.Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented and proactive approach.Education: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
