Citi recrute 01 Head of markets
The Head of Markets is responsible to develop, implement and execute business strategy to support business growth targets. The individual will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of all Product businesses including oversight for the Profit and Loss (P&L) management, budgeting, people management and customer services for the country.
- Leads the team to achieve its revenue generation goals while increasing wallet share, cross sale and new business opportunities
- Leads interaction with Segment Heads to ensure that Product and Capabilities meet customer needs and market penetration requirements
- Interacts with middle and back office to ensure achievement of objectives with the appropriate Risk/Return balance, as well as efficiency and profitability
- Manages overall P&L
- Ensures Product superiority and profitability of current products
- Ensures alignment between local and regional by interacting with Regional Product Heads
- Drives business development and maintain relationships in the industry
- Provide Leadership and Guidance to the Business Segments in the Country
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications
- Consistently demonstrates clear communication and Leadership skills to manage and drive the business agenda through the matrixed organizational structure across the country and the region.
Understanding of the Profit and Loss (P&L) dynamics of the business
Education
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
