Candidates fluent in English preferred.

Tasks:

• Ensure the application of document management standards and procedures for the filing, disposition and retrieval tools of documents.
• Prepares or participates in the preparation of the contents of the boxes for transfer to the repository of semi-active documents, to the archives, for digitization; names their contents, identifies, classifies folders and documents
• Ensure the compliance of the boxes, store them and classify them according to the storage addresses assigned to them according to the established system.
• Ensures the archiving of documents of permanent value according to international standards.
