Roche DRC recruits 01 Administrative Support

Roche DRC is looking for an Administrative Support.

This position reports to the Country Manager and the purpose is to provide admin support to the team in Roche DRC. S/he will look after :

– Purchase of flight tickets, arrange accomodation and local transportation for all guests

– Schedule appointments/meetings for the Country Manager

– Support the procurement team on all fleet management and maintenance

– Manage ongoing and specific facility-related projects from inception to completion

– Manage office supplies while ensuring proper accountability for all supplies

– Manage rent services, facilities and equipment for all office and residential facilities and implement service contracts for security, cleaning, pest control

– Ensure proper management of staff welfare

– Collation of adequate data for year-end sustainability report
