2020 FIND Grant Programme is now open

The India-Europe Foundation for New Dialogues (FIND) is accepting proposals for its 2020 Grant Programme.
The submitted proposals will be evaluated by FIND Research and Intellectual Dialogue in collaboration with FIND’s Academic Committee according to the quality and relevance to the Foundation’s aims.
Grantsgrant
of up to 6,000 euros each are offered for Indian and European projects related to the work and heritage of Alain Daniélou. Some Grants are earmarked to support projects by Asian applicants and some for Western applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
- Projects within the main areas of FIND’s intellectual domain will be given priority: ecological aspects of traditional religions, tradition and discontinuity in India, revival of animism, polytheism and paganism, philosophy of the body, comparative musicology (including local traditions), ancient layers of Indian culture, eroticism and religion, reassessment of the feminine and the masculine in their manifold aspects (from the sacred to the social)
- The selection process takes place in two stages: firstly, a pre-selection is made with the help of FIND’s Advisory Board, after which chosen applicants will be invited to a Skype interview with FIND’s Director of Research and Intellectual Dialogue, Adrián Navigante, and FIND’s President of the Advisory Board, Anne Prunet. A final decision will be reached after this interview.
- Any person over the age of 18 is eligible.
- Young researchers are especially welcome.
