We are now looking for a new team members to join our Contract Management team in West Africa Operations.

Description

Position description Accountabilities
Accountable for the attainment of the OPERATION contractual obligations and guaranteed performance.
Plant Performance indices Human asset operations & development
Annual Operation Plan

Responsibilites
Operate the facility during the shift according to the company policies & procedures and prudent practices.
Co-ordinate the work of subordinates and communicates with the customer dispatch centre and plant management about the loading/operation of the plant.

Prepare Daily co-ordination reports, Work request/work orders (including weekly review- Recap OT) Mama 2i running hours counter updates (to be sent to mama center).

Maintain all records pertaining operation department in order.
Follow & ensure all safe work practices and control within his section/team.

Implement lock out /Tag out.

Ensure proper cleaning of the facility in coordination with Maintenance department.

Timely reporting about the happenings to the Operation Manager.
Assist the Operation Manager as required.

Monthly Inspection & reporting (To Operation Manager) of Fire extinguishing equipment (both in the plant & Senelec Fire hydrant system).

Initiate the Daily Operation & Maintenance co-ordination Meeting.
Identify the areas of improvement and suggest for implementation.

Provide on the job training to subordinates and identify further training needs.

Safety awareness (self &team).

Conduct safety/environmental drills in discussion with Operations Manager.
