Objective:
The consultant is responsible for executing a broad variety of standardized administrative tasks for the respective section(s), and processes.
In this capacity, the need to project the image of a credible and reliable service provider is imperative to quality of process delivery, and the impact of work directly reflects on the overall reputation of the team in terms of responsiveness to client needs and quality of process execution.
Methodology:
The efficiency and effectiveness of support provided by the consultant ensures that a strong administrative platform is provided to the respective sections, which in turn affects the timely and accurate completion of the services provided by advisors and specialists in the team.
ACTIVITIES, DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINES, PLUS BUDGET PER DELIVERABLE
Tasks:
Carries out Year-end physical inventory for the office
Assist in asset management
Assist in monitoring effectiveness of equipment and recommend disposal as per the depreciation and prepares items for the Property Survey Board (PSB) and print PSB vision reports from the system and follow up on updating the PSB results in the vision.
Review and process of monthly payments
Assist in maintenance for the premises
Assist in assigning and monitoring office mobiles and lines and submit to finance section any personal expenses to be covered by staff member.
Follow up with MOFA on any admin related matter (residencies, license, visa requests, etc..)
Hand over and train the new coming selected candidate for the GS-5 post in case advertised and onboard.

PAYMENT

·       Ensuring/resolving Egypt asset dashboard to be clear with no errors.

·       PSB done as per the report

·       All Payments to be processed before deadline, 15 Dec.

·       Delivering Inventory reports before the end of the year

·       Proper distribution of pouches and courier amongst sections.

·       Submission of all necessary renewals to MOFA on time

·       Office mobile bills and payments related to other vendors are processed in timely manner

Monthly payment based on satisfactory performance

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have….
Bachelor’s degree or secondary education supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of administration.
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience is required.
Fluency in English and local language of the duty station is required.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
