Responsibilities:
SLA & Financial presentation
Maintain stock register
Repairs T.I inspections, Manage and running maintenance
Manage aspects like cleaning, security and allocation of building sites(Housekeeping)
Energy Management (incl meter reading) & Municipal Accounts (incl electrical recoveries)
Implementation and maintenance of emergency plans
Implementation & monitoring of statutory requirements: PPE as per ISO standards and brand Image
Management reports on budgets, expenditure and set and attend monthly management meetings with clients
Project Management of Revamps and Upgrading in conjunction with Senior Facilities Manager and assigned project manager
Manage Service & Maintenance Contractors and liaise with Management of contractors
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Financial & Business Acumen
IT Literacy – MS Office, MS Excel, MDA / SAP
Minimum 6 years Working Experience as a Facilities Manager
Drivers Licence
