The Topeka Community Foundation is seeking applications for its Healthy Lifestyles Grants Program to provide funding for programs/projects that directly and positively change health habits, behaviors, and/or lifestyles for residents in Nemaha, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Jefferson, Douglas, Wabaunsee, Osage, and Lyon Counties.
Funding Information
Grant awards are expected to be $10,000 or less.
Requests exceeding that amount will be considered on a limited basis only, based on demonstrated need and the availability of funding.

Requirements
Awards will be determined by the quality and strength of the case presented for the proposed need via the supporting proposal narrative and by the appropriateness of the Topeka Community Foundation as the source of funding. Applications which include collaboration between agencies are given priority. Some of the criteria that will be considered in reviewing proposals are:
Compatibility with the Topeka Community Foundation’s Mission and Vision
Demonstration of need
Soundness of proposed strategies
Resource efficiency
Appropriateness of budget
Accountability/Evaluation
