Objectif du poste
MFS Finance Manager ensures the right resources allocation to meet the growth targets of Tigo Mobile Financial Services Business Unit.
Principales Responsabilités
- You will run our MFS business with the MFS Commercial Director and the Head of the MFS business unit.
- Be the growth champion and influence Tigo MFS strategic planning, product development, acquisition integration and financial forecasting
- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage organizational cash flow and cash flow forecasting
- Manage of all key partner program reporting
- Oversight to all billing, reconciliation of all payment revenue as well as e-money issuing and processing
- Present financial results to local and group management with narrative on results, variances to plan, trends and KPIs
- Oversight and leadership of annual budgeting and planning process
- Responsible for all financial and accounting functions including policy development and implementation, and financial system development and management
- Development and management of internal financial controls
Exigences du poste
- University degree. MBA or CPA-equivalent a plus.
- Fluent French. Solid English.
- Experience in various finance functions from a high-growth company in Africa.
- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience in financial modeling of new business models.
- Solid experience in treasury management a strong plus.
- Experience from the Banking or Payment industries a plus.
