11. Job Responsibilities :
• To support the KAM managing Sales contracts from the identification of the opportunity to order booking into Alcatel-Lucent Sales Tools (ORION, Alliance, …)
• Follow up of the opportunities with Presales and Program teams
To be the interface of post-Sales team for any need of clarification on the opportunities
• To represent Sales Department in the meetings with Presales and
Post-Sales teams
• To support the KAM in organizing and preparing customers visits and workshop
• To receive from All Sales account manager working in WCA perimeter (Orange and non Orange) ALU WCA Purchase orders (onshore part) and request for Power of attorney
• To manage ALU WCA contract email box To execute PO acknowledgment process of ALU WCA and deliver ALU WCA POA
• To update ALU WCA orders entry file and follow up coming into force process with ALU WCA Order Administration
• To inform sales account manager about PO coming into Force status

Lighten the charge of the KAM allowing KAM to be more available for the customer
