Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, SUD TELECOM SOLUTONS SA, Fournisseur d’Accès à  Internet recherche un(e) Chef de Projet certifié avec une expertise avérée dans le domaine de la fibre optique,  des faisceaux hertziens et en réseau CISCO.

Rattaché au Directeur Général, vous aurez à charge la gestion du projet de déploiement du réseau de Fibre  Optique pour nos marchés. Vous êtes garant de son exécution et du respect des engagements pris à travers  les missions suivantes :

Préparation du projet :

• Analyser les informations relatives aux projets de l’entreprise, reconfirmer les objectifs et définir les livrables ;

• Identifier les moyens nécessaires à l’exécution du projet ;

• Mettre en adéquation et optimiser les besoins et les ressources (matérielles et humaines) ;

• S’assurer de la mise à disposition des ressources pour l’exécution du projet (matériel et disponibilité des équipes techniques) ;

• Valider les commandes de matériels et s’assurer de la gestion des stocks ;

• Définir et planifier les phases du projet.

Pilotage projet :

• S’assurer de l’application des règles et procédures lors de l’exécution du projet ;

• S’assurer de la réalisation et de la conformité des contrôles des travaux ;

• Gérer les incidents techniques, humains et financiers et garantir le respect des engagements pris ;

• Effectuer la réception du projet et assurer sa passation au service après-vente ;

• Prévoir et s’assurer de la gestion des risques ;

• Assurer les réunions de pilotage et d’avancement du projet avec le client ;

Suivi et Reporting :

• S’assurer de la centralisation des documents d’intervention et de leur enregistrement dans le SI ;

• Assurer le suivi budgétaire du projet et la mise à disposition des éléments de facturation et s’assurer du suivi de la facturation/encours ;

• Analyser les projets en termes de rentabilité, productivité, qualité ;

• Réaliser les bilans de projets (techniques, financiers, etc.) et proposer des axes d’amélioration ;

• Assurer un reporting périodique tout au long du projet.

Relations internes et externes :

• Coordonner et communiquer avec les équipes de projet ;

• Suivre les activités de tous les intervenants ;

• Gérer la relation client tout au long du projet (planning des travaux, état d’avancement, modifications, négociation de délais, compte-rendu, réclamations et litiges, …) ;

• Assurer une veille technologique et en assurer la diffusion.

PROFIL

• De formation Ingénieur (Bac+5) Télécom ou Electricité.

• Vous avez à votre actif une expérience réussie en gestion de projet Télécoms au cours de laquelle vous  avez été amené(e) à assurer un suivi financier.

• Vous avez une expérience d’au moins cinq (05) années dans le domaine.

• Vous avez une maitrise des outils de gestion de projet informatique ITIL précisément et de projet en

général PMO.

• Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques notamment Excel et êtes à l’aise avec le reporting ;

• Vous avez des compétences techniques solides, une aisance relationnelle, une orientation client, la rigueur de gestionnaire et le sens de l’analyse pour mener à bien des missions ;

• Vous êtes entrepreneur (se), rigoureux (se), autonome et organisé(e) et vous souhaitez travailler au  sein d’une équipe dynamique sur des projets en plein développements ;

• Vous êtes bilingue (Français et Anglais)

Job description Fiber Optic Project Manager Engineer

Specialized in the deployment and maintenance of telecommunications network infrastructures, design and

operation of solutions for digital uses, SUD TELECOM SOLUTIONS is an Internet Service Provider, operating

in the Republic of Benin.

For the development of our activities, we are looking for a certified Project Manager with a proven expertise in

the field of fiber optics, radio-relay systems and CISCO network.

MISSION:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of managing the deployment project of the Fiber Optic

network for our markets. You are responsible for its execution and the compliance with the commitments made

through the following missions:

Project Preparation:

• Analyze the information related to the company’s projects, reconfirm the objectives and define the deliverables ;

• Identify the means necessary for the execution of the project;

• Match and optimize needs and resources (material and human);

• Ensure the availability of resources for the execution of the project (equipment and availability of technical teams);

• Validate material orders and ensure stock management;

• Define and plan the phases of the project.

Project management:

• Ensure the application of rules and procedures during the execution of the project;

• Ensure the realization and the conformity of the work controls;

• Manage technical, human and financial incidents and guarantee the respect of commitments made;

• Carry out the acceptance of the project and ensure its handover to the after-sales service;

• Plan and ensure risk management;

• Ensure the steering and progress meetings of the project with the customer;

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Ensure the centralization of intervention documents and their registration in the IS;

• To ensure the budgetary follow-up of the project and the provision of the invoicing elements and to  ensure the follow-up of the invoicing/invoicing in progress;

• Analyze projects in terms of profitability, productivity and quality;

• Carry out project assessments (technical, financial, etc.) and propose areas for improvement;

• Ensure periodic reporting throughout the project.

Internal and external relations:

• Coordinate and communicate with project teams;

• Monitor the activities of all stakeholders;

• Manage customer relations throughout the project (work schedule, progress, modifications, negotiation  of deadlines, reporting, claims and disputes, etc.);

• Ensure a technological watch and ensure its diffusion.

PROFILE

• With a background in Telecoms or Electricity engineering.

• You have a successful experience in Telecoms project management during which you have been involved in financial monitoring.

• You have at least five (05) years of experience in the field.

• You have a mastery of ITIL IT project management tools and PMO project management tools in general.

• You master the IT tools, especially Excel, and are comfortable with reporting;

• You have solid technical skills, a good interpersonal skills, a customer orientation, the rigor of a manager

and the sense of analysis to carry out missions successfully;

• You are entrepreneurial, rigorous, autonomous and organized and you wish to work within a dynamic team on projects in full development;

• You are perfectly bilingual (French and English)
