As part of the call for tenders “Enhancing Vocational Training Delivery for the Nigerian Power Sector” with NAPTIN (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria), SOFRECO is looking for an Expert in quality management systems and organizational procedures, to ensure the delivery of high quality and world-class electric power training (15 person-months over a 24-month duration, with a start date in September 2021).
QUALIFICATIONQualifications and skills
Master’s degree in engineering management, law, political science, social science or other related fields, preferably in business development or managementKnowledge of quality management systemsCompetence in process analysisKnowledge of control procedures and techniques and quality standards (international and national)Competences in common assessment framework to improve the organizational qualityOrganizational analysis and balance of activities and staff in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency in achieving resultsCompetences in analysing and developing of organizational modelsStrategic assistance in managing organizational changesExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishFull computer literacy
General professional experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in assessment of quality in Public Administration, public services or private companiesA minimum of 7 years of experience in business processes and organizational procedures sector
Specific professional experience
