Projet : Capacity development in Transversal Management and Change Management to South Africa Cities

As part of a call for proposals « Capacity Development In Transversal Management And Change Management To South African Cities », with the World Bank, we are looking for a Trainer of trainers / Facilitator.

QUALIFICATION

This expert must meet at least the following criteria :

Practical experience in designing and delivering similar capacity building training for the governments, with examples of relevant assignments completed, with some experience;

Several experiences of Training of trainers;

Experience in governance work for the municipalities in South Africa or in the region;

Demonstrable experience in designing transversal management, change management and similar learning materials and content for the public service;

Knowledge and experience in working in South Africa with metropolitan cities would be a plus.
