LLIN Program Manager
The LLIN Program Manager is responsible for quality programming and reporting, budgeting, planning, implementation and management.
The role holder provides overall technical oversight for implementation of LLIN program in Abyei Area Administrative, Gogrial, Tonj, Twic, Imatong & Kapoeta states
Take lead in coaching, technical advice and other capacity building methodologies or inputs for the national staff and other partners involved in the program implementation.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Prior experience in  Managing Distribution programs in the NGO sector, within complex/large scale country programmes and in emergency response/humanitarian environments
Minimum Graduation Degree, Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain, Social Science or related degree, development and management.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to think and plan strategically
Strong skills and experience in all aspects of programme development, including programme/project monitoring, review & evaluation.
Substantial experience of developing working relations with government, community stakeholders and children
Fluency in written and spoken English, and substantial experience in preparing project proposals and reports to donors.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and commitment to capacity building of staff.
Understanding of social relations and commitment to integrate gender, diversity and other power related issues into programme activities
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control and managing grants.
Demonstrable skills in resource and staff management/development, and implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, and systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and commitment to capacity building of staff, with proven skills as a trainer/facilitator and mentor.
Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s values and principles.
An understanding of the role of INGOs and current development debates, particularly participatory approaches, organisational development and capacity building for both state and non-state partners.
Understanding of social relations and commitment to integrate gender, diversity and other related issues into programme activities.
Ability to be self-sufficient and resourceful.
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites with basic conditions.
Computer skills e.g.  Word, Power Point and Excel.
