PEG Africa recruits 01 Credit & Customer Value Manager
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement operational strategies to minimize credit risk, including redefining sales processes to ensure a repayment focus whilst not hindering growth
- Credit risk analytical & policy management
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (sales, logistics, customer experience etc.)
- Drive Company Credit performance through KPIs and supporting metrics, and develop adequate portfolio risk reports
- Customer Value Management and in-life customer cycle management
- Manage field & office based repayment force : drive teams efficiency and productivity
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Economics, banking & finance or a related field
- At least 3-5 years at a senior management level in credit (preferably microfinance, asset financing or related sector )
- Experience in managing field and office based teams
- Experience in a fast growing, dynamic work environment
- Sophisticated analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to analyzing complex problems
- Experience with credit scoring, customer and risk segmentation is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be innovative and comfortable to challenge the status quo
- Fluency in French and English
