Votre rôle
Work directly with the business in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions,
reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of contracts and subcontracts
with public and private sector customers.
Provide professional legal solutions to business departments, and be their strategic partner with deep
involvement into business.
Work directly with the business, providing day-to-day advice for senior executives and other business
departments members on government contracting issues, resolving issues that arise in existing relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and
inquiries.
Liaise with the relevant Business Units and business partners to understand the strategy of the transaction and advice on the legal effect of the terms and condition.
Analyze contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk .
Support the Business unit in verifying that both parties of contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and no responsibilities outstanding.
Keep updates on any relevant laws & regulations, provide legal training & awareness to the business to ensure understanding and compliance to the laws and OEG policies and to prevent any violation.
Analyze legal risk and provide recommendation, create and develop key contract format, develop
contractual structure/regulatory framework, drafts and negotiates various contracts and legal documentations when advising the business on the engagement with third party.
Ensure business departments compliance with OEG regulatory, consumer protection and competition rules and
laws.
Ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
Advise on terminations and other issues that may arise in business relationships and handling and resolving related claims or proceedings, including pre-litigation disputes and
claims.
Review and control of contract documentation, during the proposal preparation phase, through formation and administration, until contract signature.
Ensure that all contracts are reviewed and validated by the concerned departments in compliance with the contracts internal process.
Votre profil
Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized university (English or French Departments)
Minimum 4 years of experience gained at a leading IT, vendor, manufacture, system integrator, telco or at a reputable law firm with focus on the TMT domain.
Compétences
Excellent English both spoken and written.
Very good computer skills.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent people management skills.
