Votre rôleYour role as a Microsoft Teams Architect will be to provide expertise on Microsoft Teams voice and video features, endpoints and ecosystems, to build and deliver these solutions to our customers, and provide support to our operations.
As part of our team of engineers, you will :Provide expertise, architecture, engineering related to Microsoft Teams Unified Communications technologiesEvaluate voice and video features, ecosystems and integrations in our labs, deliver studies and overviews, lead technical discussions and share this expertise within OBSAdvise presales on design and technical choices, help our customers transition to Teams and adopt new UC technologiesDesign bespoke solutions for our customers, produce documentation (HLDs, LLDs, configuration guidelines), validate the solutions end-to-end, train operationsAs a subject matter expert, provide Level 4 support to our Build and Run teams in case of complex issuesContribute to the development of OBS portfolio around Microsoft Teams as a technical expert during Proof of Concepts, agile projects or TTM projectsWork closely with Microsoft and partners (Audiocodes, Ribbon, Polycom…) to get expertise and evaluate solutions during previews, beta phases, workgroups…Get on board for a journey towards the leading cloud UC solution, join a team made of skilled and passionate colleagues and learn new things everyday
Votre profilExperienced engineer in Microsoft Unified Communication & Collaboration Technologies : Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Skype for BusinessDeep level of understanding of voice technologies: SIP, QoS, SBC, Codecs, Voice and general IPTFamiliar with infrastructure and hosting: networking, routing, DNS & DHCP, VM, security, compliance — Microsoft Azure expertise would be a strong assetVoice and video vendor skills such as Polycom, Cisco, Audiocodes awareness and understandingAnalytic mind, strong capacity to discover and learn new technologies, and share with othersEnglish proficiency (written and spoken)Some meetings will be held in French and basic knowledge of french language would be appreciated Le plus de l’offre
The Enriched Interactions and Collaboration Business Unit is providing Unified Communications solutions based on Microsoft Teams technologies and associated ecosystems to the enterprise customers of Orange Business Services, worldwide. Within the Enriched Interactions and Communications business unit, the Services and Products Development department is in charge of the engineering of these offers sold by Orange Business Services.
Base salary from 1,450 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
