Votre rôleDevelop, implement and maintain internal communications channels for employees; draft and/or edit Newsflash announcements, providing context, clarity, consistency and appropriate tonePromote Orange Egypt as a top employer on social media featuring content that appeals to and attracts youth all over the countryMaintain a strong online company voice through social media and utilize our internal and external digital presence to boost employer brand awarenessAct as a frontline employer brand manager by engaging in conversations and answering followers questions on “Life at Orange Egypt” pagesAct as a corporate blogger, responsible for stylish writing and frequently posting new content on MyIntranet (Orange Egypt’s intranet) and Plazza (Orange group’s platform)Create and manage social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)Build and execute social media plans through competitive research, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identificationContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationMonitor and stay current with social media trends and best practicesConsistently market the HR brand promise internally to foster employees loyaltyWork closely with the Sourcing team to identify/co-create the touch-points and opportunities to re-enforce our employment brand message
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field
CompétencesExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skills for English and Arabic contentCreative and social-media savvySocial media agency background is a plusProficiency in French is a plus
