Votre rôleFor our French team, we ‘re looking for a Telecom Sourcing Expert inorder to support the key company deals for our customer located inFrance. This role is key in reaching profitable growth as TelecomSourcing Expert is the Sourcing representative within customer projects.as such, it is in contact with the Customer Project buyer, Network BUexpert and the Sales team, and is part to the pre-sales or post-salesteam, to identify and address sourcing related to Telecom commodities& access.

This role is key in reaching profitable growth as TelecomSourcing Expert is the Sourcing representative within customer projects.as such, it is in contact with the Customer Project buyer, Network BUexpert and the Sales team, and is part to the pre-sales or post-salesteam, to identify and address sourcing related to Telecom commodities& access.The main missions is to support customer project by providing expertiseand support on telecom aspects of the deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:– Participates in sourcing qualification of network service block, as andwhen required by customer project buyer (thru discussion with Accountteam for need qualification and within sourcing organization to checkworkload issues).- Contribute to Access Design optimizations by advising & challengingcost effective solution (access technique, POP, Redundancy andfeasibility, SLA, Contract terms..)- Defines and agrees the sourcing action plan on Access on the dealwith Account team in accordance with deal and design constraints.- During bid phase, Project manage the access action plan, relying onappropriate resources within sourcing (Telco sourcing experts from otherregions, local Telco buyers) and as such, ensures complete, accurateand timely responses for account team and customer project buyerincluding:- Review and challenge quotation results and propose optimizedsolution.- Prepare inputs for forward costing validation to sourcing management.- If required, fill all missing costs with budgetary price based on average& previous cost- Prepare Spend summary on time for Solution review inputs and updateas renegotiations are progressing for different reviews (Commercialreview, IC, etc…)- During implementation phase, Collect agreed customer request,Identify gaps with Pre-sales scenarios and non valid quotes and launchrefresh and renegotiation where required- Participates in the Telco sourcing expert community aiming at buildinga shared and updated knowledge database on Telco aspects ofcustomer deals thru deal lesson learned and capitalization- Contributes to bid process improvement.
Votre profil– Strong personal skills (synthetic, analytic, leadership, team work)- Telecom domain skills are key.- Sourcing skills are key.- Project management experience is important- Any business oriented experience is importantEnglish= fluent.French= fluent.
