Votre rôleParticipate in installation, configuration, and maintenance of different triple play servers hardware and software (Encoders, Dish Farm, Middleware, Voice Gateway, Routers, Switches, GPON, IP Call manager, etc.,) hosted in Gated compounds data centers.Responsible for provisioning of new customers’ solution nodes for Voice, Internet, or TV services, to support service/customers from the backend side.Participate in testing new solutions and features.Responsible for operation of new add-on triple play services (beIN sport encoding solution, OTT, Intercom, WiFi, Cameras, etc.).Participate in maintaining the triple play Network up-to-date and assure its ability to provide the full bouquet of services and features on both the corporate and consumer sides.Provide technical support for running services & ensure the customer satisfaction.Assess the need for vendors support intervention & follow-up with them regarding any relevant network/systems issues.Permanently on Call support for network/systems emergencies reported by First and second line support for the critical problems.Report network problems in time with clear information to management for proper decision making.Participate in optimizing triple play service among the running compounds to ensure service availability and granting maximum SLA for customers.
