Votre rôlePrepare The roadmap for the activities of Orange Digital Center – Coding School and the Fablab Solidaire) according to the strategy defined by the managers of each programPropose new concepts of events and topics and follow news and technological events at the national and international level and at the Orange group levelIdentify the right external and internal stakeholders (Orange employees) to ensure participate in training and events at Orange Digital Center code school and the FabLab SolidaireShare the ODC activities roadmap with the pre-event and post-event with the communication teamGuarantee the smooth running of Orange Digital Center activities (coding school and the Fablab Solidaire) and the respect of the defined activities roadmapFollow up and report all the activities of the ODC: events, training courses, workshops, Talks, workshops, etc.Plan and monitor the trainings and workshops provided by Orange Digital Center at the universitiesEnsure the planning and follow-up of interviews for new internship sessionsMonitor the integration process of trainees / learners with the Human Resources Department of OrangeEnsure compliance with the Orange Digital Center disciplinary rules: attendance, absenteeism, delay, etcIntervene at universities, exhibitions, events to present the activities of Orange Digital Center
Votre profilEducationBachelor’s degree from Computer Science.
Experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
CompétencesVery solid skills in managing cross-functional projectsGood knowledge of the learning organization and new learning devicesAbility to work transversally in multidisciplinary teamsAbility to work effectively in multicultural environments.Strong Marketing and Communication skillsWorking language: French and English
