Organizational Setting and Reporting

Le plan de mise en œuvre du Projet soutien au Plan d’action de la CEDEAO a une importante composante « Communication & visibilité » avec un volet de production d’outils et de mise en ligne de contenus sur des plateformes virtuelles.

Le but du recrutement d’un stagiaire en communication de renforcer la production de contenus de communication pour le web et les médias sociaux pour un élargissement de la visibilité des objectifs poursuivis par le projet.

Le stagiaire en communication (web et médias sociaux) sera recruté pour une durée de trois (03) mois. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la communication du projet qui définit les orientations de production en rapport avec la charte graphique. Le stage n’est pas rémunéré.

Responsibilities

Sous la supervision directe du NPO Communication du Projet basé à ROSEN, Dakar, Sénégal, le stagiaire devra

– Participer à la création et la mise en ligne de contenus ;

– Participer à la rédaction de contenus (compte-rendu, web stories) ;

– Participer à l’animation des pages web et de médias sociaux du projet ;

– Toute autre tâche liée aux activités de la composante communication du projet ;

Professionnalisme

– Connaissances sur l’ONUDC et son mandat ;

– est capable d’apporter des solutions aux problèmes identifiés ;

– compétences techniques et professionnelles requises ;

– Respecte les délais et atteint les objectifs assignés

Communication

– réagit aux demandes relatives à la mise en ligne des contenus de communication ;

– établit une communication fluide pour atteindre les résultats ;

– pose clairement les difficultés en vue de trouver des solutions ;

– établit une bonne interaction et partage l’information.

Travail d’équipe

– capacités au travail collaboratif ;

– collabore à l’atteinte des objectifs définis ensemble ;

Education

– Diplôme/ ou formation (niveau Bac+03) en communication, infographie, webdesign ;

– Compétences de travail dans le domaine de la communication serait un plus ;

– Compétences dans l’utilisation professionnelle des médias sociaux, la création et la mise en de contenus serait un plus.
Work Experience

– Compétences de travail dans le domaine de la communication serait un plus;

– Compétences dans l’utilisation professionnelle des médias sociaux, la création et la mise en de contenus serait un plus.

Languages

L’anglais et le français sont les langues de travail du Secrétariat de l’ONU.

Pour ce poste, la maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise.

La connaissance d’une autre langue officielle de l’ONU, en particulier l’espagnol, est un avantage.

Une connaissance pratique du portugais est un atout.

Assessment

L’évaluation des candidats qualifiés pourrait inclure un exercice d’évaluation, pouvant être suivi d’un entretien d’appréciation des compétences.
