Mains responsibilities

– Identify performance improvement opportunities across supply chain to drive efficiency & customer satisfaction;
– Interact with partners (3PLs mostly) and overview their performance;
– Push improvement initiatives through fulfillment & last mile operation and deliver outcome;
– Analyze periodical customer satisfaction reports & analyze customer feedback and translate these analyses into actions across teams ;
– Support the head or Logistics at Jumia with special projects management (ex. Expanding the pick-up stations network, setting
up a new warehouse);
– Perform ad-hoc analysis & reports when needed.

Keys requirements
– Master’s Degree student from an accredited university; in Engineering, Logistic
– Dynamic, motivated and willing to learn ;
– Action oriented, results oriented ;
– Strong analytical skill ;
– Strong inter-personal skills: able to work on the ground with teams from diverse backgrounds;
– Well organized and able to work well under stress and tight deadlines;
– Independent, with a strong ability to go further than the expectations .
