Framework Partnership Agreement under Social Inclusion

European Commission is calling for proposals for Framework Partnership Agreement under Social Inclusion.

Scope

The call aims at setting up 4-year Framework Partnership Agreements (FPA) with networks active in the area of social inclusion for the period 2022-2025. The activities to be funded include, among others, outreach activities, mutual learning among members, research activities and input for policy design.
EU level Social NGO Networks active in the areas of social inclusion and poverty reduction are instrumental in the implementation of many of the principles expressed in the European Pillar of Social Rights. This partnership will enhance the capacities of these networks to contribute actively to the development and implementation of the EU policies in this area.
Funding Information

The indicative budget earmarked for grants calls under this framework partnership is EUR 56.900.000 for the period of 2022-2025.
Depending on the number and quality of proposals, the Commission expects to sign between 18 to 24 framework partnerships.
Expected Outcomes

The Commission expects:

to benefit from the networks’ expertise as regards the challenge (and ways to tackle them) that vulnerable groups of citizens face in the various Member States;
and to be supported in its outreach activities at EU, national and local level with the aim of ensuring awareness, contribution to and implementation of EU level policies and initiatives in the areas of the promotion of social inclusion and poverty reduction.
Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible, the applicants must:

be legal entities (public or private bodies),
be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.
EU Member State (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)
non-EU countries:
listed EEA countries and countries associated to the ESF+ or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature,
be non-governmental, non-profit-making, and independent of industry, commercial and business or other conflicting interests,
have their mission falling under the objectives and scope of the priorities established under each relevant section of the call for proposals,
have national member organisations in at least fourteen (14) Member States of the European Union,
be mandated by their members, through a Management Board or other administrative forum, to represent these members at the EU level and to be responsible for the activities of the network.
be a single applicant: only the network or the organisation appointed as the joint secretariat/officially appointed coordinator may submit an application; the member organisations are not eligible to apply;
provide a strategic work programme for a period of 4 years starting in 2022.
