European Youth Foundation Inviting NGOs for 2020-2021 Structural Grants
Deadline: 1 October 2019
The European Youth Foundation is seeking applications for its structural grants to support Non- governmental youth Organisations.
The European Youth Foundation (EYF) is a fund established in 1972 by the Council of Europe to provide financial and educational support for European youth activities.
These are grants for general administrative costs incurred by youth NGOs. The EYF offers two types of structural grants. Structural grants for 2 consecutive years, which are available every 2 years and one-off structural grants, non-renewable grants.
Grant Categories
- Structural grant for 2 consecutive years
- These grants are available every 2 years and are only accessible to international youth NGOs and international networks of youth NGOs that have received support for at least 3 international activities during the 3 previous years (EYF grant or study session in the annual programme of the European Youth Centers). However, the grant needs to be confirmed after 1 year. The grant is based on strategic long-term programme of the organisation.
- One-off structural grant
- The one-off grant is non-renewable. It can be applied for by regional networks of youth NGOs aiming to establish a European co-ordination body. NGOs must have received support for at least 3 international activities during the 3 previous years (EYF grant or study session in the annual programme of the European Youth Centers). If an NGO receives a structural grant, admin costs cannot be included in the budget of an international activity or work plan.
