Applications are now open for the Emergency Impact Grants in Response to COVID-19 to assist nonprofit organizations in the five-county region served by YCF (Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, and Taylor Counties), the fund provides grants to nonprofits addressing the most critical needs in their communities.

Nonprofit organizations in their service are invited to apply for grants to be used for unanticipated, additional expenses or losses related to COVID-19. The application must clearly demonstrate how the request is linked to the COVID-19 pandemic and how the community would benefit from the funding.

Requirements

Consideration for grants is limited to 501c3 nonprofits or other charitable organizations in good standing, such as faith-based organizations serving community needs and other public entities. Organizations must be serving the residents of one or more of the following counties: Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, and Taylor.
No grants will be made to individuals or for-profit organizations.
Grants must be used for unanticipated, additional expenses or losses related to COVID-19. The application must clearly demonstrate how the request is linked to the COVID-19 pandemic and how the community would benefit from the funding.
