The County Administrator’s Office is seeking highly-qualified agencies to tackle the issue of homelessness in transition-age youth (youth ages 18-24) in Solano County.
The County Administrator’s Office is seeking proposals to support the implementation of a Transition Age Youth (TAY) program that reduces homelessness for TAY in the county with the term of service being approximately June 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023.

Through a human service needs assessment process, the Solano County Board of Supervisors identified the top three most pressing needs as follows:
Mental Health;
Housing;
Homelessness.
Funding Information
Agencies may submit multiple Proposals for up to $50,000 each, however, only one Proposal per agency will be awarded.
Proposals may address more than one priority area, but there are no additional points awarded to address more than one need. Also note that the top three needs (mental health, homelessness, housing) are also being addressed via the Community Investment Fund via its deep program investment.
