Job Description:Our client is in need of an experienced TMM Engineer from an underground mechanized mining background to join their team in the DRC. Responsibilities:Carrying out trackless equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimum availability.Equipment installations.Performing equipment inspections.Risk assessment and management.Cost control.Ensuring safety standards are adhered to.Mentoring and training subordinates. Requirements: Qualification and SkillMechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma or Degree.Matric certificate.French communication skills advantageous.15 years’ experience in TMM engineering maintenance in underground mechanized mining environments.Strong CMMS experience.Experience leading and training multi-cultural, diverse teams.Congolese (DRC) nationals encouraged to apply. Contractual information:Fixed term contract with possible renewal.
