Limpopo, South AfricaReference Number: 134-1604LH Job Description:Our client is in need of an experienced Mobile Maintenance Superintendent with a GCC Mines to oversee their fleet maintenance on site in Limpopo. Responsibilities:Planning, leading and managing maintenance of all mobile equipment on site.Ensuring maximum equipment availability and reliability.Carrying out preventative maintenance activities through condition monitoring.Continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring all equipment is installed safely, running effectively and maintained to the highest standards.Ensuring safety and legal compliance of equipment with a particular focus on TMM and lifting equipment.Overseeing worked carried out by contractors.Budgeting and cost control.Overseeing spares availability and consumables management.Providing mentoring and training of subordinates. Requirements: Qualification and SkillDegree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering.Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Mines and Works.8 years’ experience in mobile equipment maintenance including TMM and lifting equipment.3 years’ experience in Superintendent level roles.Computer literate in MS Office and SAP.Valid driver’s license.South African citizenship and current residence in South Africa required. Benefits and Contractual information:Permanent contract.Relocation required.
