Job Description:

 Our client is seeking a qualified Fitter with extensive shaft and winder experience to join their team in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repairs to mine site equipment.

Repairs of mechanical and hydraulic systems and equipment.

Winder inspections in line with the MHSA.

Asset care activities.

Provide mentoring, training and people development.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Fitter Trade Certificate

Matric certificate.

Winder and Ropes training.

5 years previous experience in the maintenance of shaft and winder equipment within a mining environment.

CMMS experience.

Applicants must have South African citizenship and currently reside in South Africa.

Benefits and Contractual information:

Permanent contract.
