Customer Quotes Administrator/ Junior Draughtsman

Job Description:

As a customer quotes administrator/ draughtsman, the objective is to contribute to the company’s success by producing the most accurate quotes for the projects

Responsibilities:

·         Assisting the Sales team with quoting customers

·         Improve our quote template to accurately quote customers

·         Timeously and accurately complete quotes for customers

·         Ensure quotes are checked and approved by the Head of Sales

·         In time, developing 3D SolidWorks model as per project requirements.

·         Coordinate with Research and development team to develop quoting system

·         Ensure work is maintained at an agreed service level

·         Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

·         Grade 12

·         Tertiary Qualification advantageous

·         Meticulous work ethic

·         Operational knowledge of AutoCad

·         Good knowledge of construction and design principles

·         Ability to thrive under pressure

·         Competent mathematical skills

·         Willingness to learn

·         Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time

·         Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions

·         Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

·         Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time, and

·         Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
