Limpopo, South AfricaReference Number: 139-0305LH Job Description:Our client is in need of an experienced Contracts Superintendent to oversee their contract life cycle management, based on site in Limpopo. Responsibilities:Management of the sourcing team for contracts, goods and services.Ensure adherence to the company’s contract life cycle management standards.Facilitating cross functional sourcing teams.Strategy mapping.Complete life cycle management of contracts from initial award through to renewal.Ensuring that contract amendments are suitable authorized and comply with legal standards.Ensure supplier compliance certificates are in place and up to date during the entire contract.Preparation of tender adjudication submissions for the tender awarding.Providing mentoring and training of subordinates. Requirements: Qualification and SkillDegree in supply chain management / procurement management or similar qualification.8 years’ previous experience in contracts administration within the mining industry, with at least 5 years in senior level roles.Extensive ERP knowledge.SAP experience advantageous.Valid driver’s license.South African citizenship and current residence in South Africa required. Benefits and Contractual information:Permanent contract.Relocation required.
