Key responsibilitiesThe IT specialist will be in charge of providing onsite support for users, desktop management, asset management and physical support for other IT equipment.Has responsibility for fulfilling incident and service requests that require physical onsite presence, proactively working with IT systems owners.Has responsibility for assigning requests and incidents and for meeting agreed service level. Provides technical input and recommendations to continuous improvement projects & services.The position will be reporting to IT infrastructure team leader.
• Provides tier 1 technical support to end users and optimize customer service level.• Operates, maintains, monitors & performs health check for IT environment that contains and not limited to (Ticketing system, Active directory, Exchange, Data Centers, Network, Infrastructure, Business Applications…etc.) during shift.• Ensures smooth handover with other shift workers.• Supports hardware & software asset management and compliance.• Collaborate with other IT members/teams for changes contains and not limited to (New installations/technologies/solutions, Hardware/software upgrades, testing…etc.).• Address and reports tier 2 incidents and problems contains and not limited to (Services degradation, Outages, Performance issues, Security violations/finding…etc.).• Provides new ideas for services continuous improvement and to enhance user’s experience.• Maintain good housekeeping practices in all equipment/tools/working areas, maintain safe work environment and control of using materials/supplies to achieve cost effective work.• Maintain up-to-date documentations & knowledge sharing to team members.

We are looking for• University degree in computer science or information technology.• Min. 3 years of work experience in a comparable role.• Good problem-solving mindset.• Good communication & presentation skills with experience in the use of MS Office products.• Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish shared goals.• Effective command of English – verbal and written.• Hard worker with ability to work on shifts basis “equal time day/night”.• Ability to work @ heights.• Valid driving license.
Would be considered as a plus• Experience with Microsoft & Cisco technologies is preferred.
• (ITIL foundation, MCSE & CCNA) or equivalent certificates is preferred.POSTULER
