Key responsibilitiesReporting directly to our Business Process Owner, you are responsible for continuous optimization of our maintenance processes and alignment of process interfaces with other functions to make them as efficient as possible and to secure the most effective internal workflow. You will document and maintain global up-to-date maintenance standards, policies and processes to ensure same ways of working across the terminal’s workshops.
Other responsibilities include:• Create facility standard & floor flow design to optimize standards, policies and processes in the workshops
• Ensure cross-functional engagement of stakeholders and align process interfaces to other functions to secure effective internal workflow and deployment of standards and processes• Develop guidelines and templates on process documentation and optimization, including continuous improvement on execution• Provide specialized knowledge, guidance and best practice for process development and optimization to workshops and terminals and improve awareness for process compliance• Consolidate and keep overview of working instructions to share best practices, support to create global working instructions, support 5S and visual management

We are looking forYou hold an Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent and you have maintenance experience combined with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant roles in an operational Asset Maintenance environment.
You have expertise in tools for process modelling and your computer skills are strong in standard professional programs (i.e. MS Office, MS Visio, EPR/CMMS systems).
You are a strong communicator with a can-do mentality being able to solve problems in a structured manner by generating, evaluating and implementing solutions.
You bring expertise in development and implementation of global standards, policies and processes in a cross-functional context. Your English communication skills are excellent in speaking and more importantly in writing.
Furthermore, you have high quality awareness and the ability to work with constant care combined with strong analytical skills.
