OpportunitéAs Junior Data Analyst you will have the opportunity to gain insight into a truly global, large and complex, world class organization where you will be driving/supporting improvements and working closely with experienced maintenance professionals. Within this complex working environment you will have a high degree of empowerment to take ownership and responsibility for developing insight into our maintenance data and support our Heads of Portfolio in implementing the new Global Asset Maintenance strategy and the new ways of working.The Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for using the knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies to provide sound technical decisions to Asset Maintenance Reliability team.
The duties include collaborating with other data professionals to extract data figures, creating reports based on their findings, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine asset reliability initiatives’ success.
Other responsibilities include:Work with Asset Maintenance Reliability engineers to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Asset Maintenance Reliability team members to collect and analyze data
Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
Establish, and maintain Asset KPIs to measure the performance of the assets.
Structure large data sets to find usable information
Work with Asset Maintenance Reliability team to process information
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Interpreting gathered data
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within Asset Maintenance Reliability
Formulating procedural manuals for Asset Maintenance Reliability
Coordinate with Asset Maintenance Reliability – CBM/PdM team to monitor component conditions of digitized terminal equipment via online dashboards and propose measures to improve reliability & availability of equipment.
Working closely with the reliability engineers to support them in data-driven root cause analysis for digitized equipment.
Working closely with APMT- Asset Digitalization team,- and Asset Maintenance Reliability – CBM/PdM team, to  conduct CBM and PdM projects with the aim to implement data-driven maintenance routines and ensuring the best leverage of data for improving equipment reliability.
We are looking for…We are looking for (Bachelor or Master) I Information Systems Engineer or related Technical discipline, or equivalent preferably in Electronics or Automation and have maintenance experience (2+ years) of which at least 1 years in relevant roles within the heavy asset industry.

Mastering the four distinct categories of analytics: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive.
Mastering all data types (Machine data types, Boolean type, Enumerations, Numeric types, String and text types, Pointers and references, Function types, and Meta types).
Mastering the four essential math topics for a data analyst include statistics & probability, algebra (basic & linear), calculus, and discrete mathematics.
Mastering the five sources of data (Cloud, web, IoT, and Databases as SQL, and Oracle).
Mastering Power BI.
Having Advanced Analytics skills is a  plus, such as the autonomous or semi-autonomous examination of data or content using sophisticated techniques beyond those of traditional business intelligence (BI)
Knowledge of at least one of the programming languages (Python, Java, Kotlin. C and C++, Go, or PHP)
Knowledge of Hadoop,
Knowledge of Real-Time Data Streaming (Hive and HBase)
You have a high-quality awareness and the ability to work with constant care
Your English communication skills are excellent both in speaking as well as in writing.
